What is the return policy?

For RETURNS, we offer up to 14 days after delivery for customers to return a product but it has to be in its original state and CANNOT be more than just “tried on”.

For REFUNDS, we only offer store credit and not refunds back to the original payment method.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

We also offer size exchanges, but this also only applies if the product has NOT been worn past "trying on”.

Ordering and Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse the collection, select your favorites, add them to your cart, and check out. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
A: Orders start processing quickly. Contact us within 24 hours if you need to make changes, and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Some pieces are limited drops — once they’re gone, they’re gone. Others we restock based on demand. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page to stay ahead.

Shipping and Delivery

Q: What are your shipping options?
A: We ship worldwide via USPS and UPS. Depending on your location, you can choose standard or express shipping. Costs and delivery times vary based on where you are.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Then: standard shipping takes 3–5 business days.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes! Shipping times and costs vary by destination. 

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Track it on USPS/UPS or our website.

Q: What happens if I’m not home when my package arrives?
A: Carriers usually leave a delivery notice with instructions for re-delivery or pick-up. Stay ahead with your tracking number to avoid missed deliveries.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Free shipping is available within the U.S. with orders totaling $75 and over. International orders have shipping fees based on destination.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Contact customer service if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once shipped, we can’t reroute packages.

Q: What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
A: Contact USPS/UPS to file a claim. We’re also here to guide you if needed.

A: Every product page has a detailed size chart so you can find your perfect fit. Our pieces are designed to help you feel confident and comfortable — always check the guide before you buy.

Q: Do you offer custom sizes or tailoring services?
A: Not at this time. We focus on versatile, ready-to-wear streetwear that blends in but makes a statement. Use our size chart to pick your perfect fit.

Q: Are the colors the same as shown in the pictures?
A: We photograph our pieces in natural light to showcase their true look and feel. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Q: How do I care for my Kamn Collection pieces?
A: Each item comes with care instructions so your fit stays as bold as day one. Follow the recommended washing instructions to maintain quality and longevity.
